You are trusting us with photographs of children, family contact details and payment records. Here is how the system is built to hold them.
Camera access is scoped and switchable
Streams are mapped to classrooms and can be turned off per room, instantly, for nap, changing or any licensing requirement.
Photographs belong to the child’s record
Media is attached to a child, not posted to an open feed, so it is only ever visible to that child’s family and the staff who work with them.
Records are corrected, not overwritten
Check-in corrections, approvals and enrollment decisions keep their history, which is what you need when somebody asks what happened.
Encrypted in transit
Every connection between the apps and the platform is encrypted, and the apps authenticate against your organisation rather than a shared account.
We do not sell data. Ever.
There is no advertising business here and no third-party data sharing. You pay us for software; that is the whole relationship.
